We are bursting with pride! After a long selection day involving tough interviews, leadership tests, and formal presentations, one of our cadets has been chosen as the High Sheriff of Devon’s Cadet! 🎖️

​What is a High Sheriff’s Cadet?

​The High Sheriff is the King’s representative for the judiciary and law enforcement in the county. It is an ancient, prestigious role, and our cadet will now:  

​Accompany the High Sheriff at major royal and civic events across Devon. 🏛️

​Represent the Police Cadets at formal ceremonies and court openings.

​Act as an ambassador for young people in our community.

To be chosen by the High Sheriff is a huge honour, and we are thrilled to say our unit has now secured this prestigious position for three years in a row! 🎖️🎖️🎖️
